Dual Enrollment
Students enrolled in Dual Enrolled get the unique opportunity to earn credits in college at a hugely discounted rate, while at the same time having that credit count towards their high school graduation. The course they take count on both their high school and college transcripts. Students may take up to 12 credits per semester starting in their junior year in high school and have the opportunity to earn a total of 24 credits before leaving high school. This translates to a saving of $24,000 dollars with the average college credit costing $1,000 per credit at a public university.
