McDowell Drill Meet Saturday, November 14, 2009
It was another great day to be a Warrior! Our Drill team had an outstanding day at the Mcdowell Drill meet. Our Armed drill team, under the command of Damian Jefferson, placed First. Our Unarmed Varsity team placed Third as did our First Year Color Guard and our Armed Exhibition team . Matt Jenkins placed Second in Individual Exhibition, Andrew Schwartzfager and Robert Caveney placed Third in Dual Exhibition. Chavaughna Henderson placed Seventh out of 200 in First year Individual Drill. Robert Caveney and Tamoreyone Pacley placed 9th and 10th in Varsity individual drill. Overall a Great Performance!
Grafton Drill Meet Saturday November 07, 2009
It was a great weekend to be a Warrior! Our Drill team traveled to Midview High school in Grafton Ohio and did very well.They have a large drill meet there with over 14 schools competing, some coming from as far away as Michigan. We placed 1st in Varsity Armed Drill, 2nd in Varsity Unarmed Drill, and 3rd in Junior Varsity unarmed Drill. Damian Jefferson placed 1st in individual drill out of 500 cadets, and Husan Korgar placed in the top ten of first year cadets individual drill and Ben Schwartzfager placed in the top ten for individual drill.
